Garlic Clams

 Clams are small and produced in coastal waters. They are more common by the beach and eaten generally with fresh meat and simple production.

Ingredients: 10 large clams, 20 grams of garlic.

Practices:

① Wash clams, open and get the meat to shred into the pieces.

② Mix clams with a little cornstarch.

③ Burn the pot, add oil, soy the pan, fry the garlic flavor.

④ Put the clam and fry immediately, and cook into the sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate and spoon out.

⑤ After boiling the clam shell over boiling water, palce the fried garlic clam in the shell.

⑥ Serve each oneon the table.
